Penang is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated islands in Southeast Asia. As it does not have the party atmosphere of Thailand, and a little more expensive, doesn’t get the same attention as the nearby Thai islands, but for me that makes everything better! .

If there’s one thing Penang’s George Town is famous for, it’s street art on every building and wall in the city.
The photo above is of children playing basketball is probably George Town’s most famous street art, but there are dozens of works throughout the city!

I suggest walking around the area around Lebuh Armenian and Lebuh Acheh streets. It’s a great free thing to do in George Town!
